Molly Salas is a music supervisor based in Brooklyn, NY. She is dedicated to lifting up voices of those not traditionally represented in sync & aligning her work with causes she believes in.

With a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, and a lifelong love of music, she works tirelessly to find the perfect soundtrack to projects from advertising, film, and TV.

Currently, Molly is a music supervisor at Halo Music & Sound, an NYC-based music company, where she is known for tireless cratedigging. She is also a member of Soft Power Vote, a trio that creates progressive voting guides for New York City voters (a member of NEW INC Y11).

She has worked as an in-house music supervisor at Facebook, in music licensing at Live Nation, with veteran music supervisors at The Rights Workshop and in live music with Noise Pop Industries, and in content licensing and television programming at MTV Networks and AMC Networks.

Her work has been awarded at the LA LGBTQ+ Film Festival, Ciclope Festival, Clio Awards, and more. She also dabbles in historic preservation in New York City, for which that work received the Historic Districts Council Grassroots Preservation Award.

Hit her up for music needs for your indie film, political ads, your lil' cousin's slip-n-slide party, she’s open. She'll pitch QT&/POC folks to the front. She won't pitch jerks or creeps.
